AGENDA TOPICS
I. Approval of the agenda
Xianzhong made a motion and Renhua seconded. Agenda was approved by all members.
H. Discussion items
1. Welcome new board members （Quanbo）
Quanbo thanked Renhua and Xianzhong for service during the last four years. Two plaques will be custom
made in their honor. Renhua and Xianzhong will help through the transition.

Quanbo welcome Eugene and Jing into the board. Both have been active members of the ICCCI
community for a long time. Eugene and Jing are committed to serving the community in the coming
years to the best of their abilities.

Board members discussed the issue of continuity of the board. Various venues were explored to recruit
new board members for the next term.

IV. New business
1. Board members unanimously elected Quanbo to president for another term.
2. Eugene raised the issue of the ICCCI Chinese School in the fall. The board will continue to monitor
school re-opening in the coming weeks.
